Matt, that is FANTASTIC! I spent ages working on my Dredd model and it's nowhere near as good.
I did, however, have a lot more success with my Lawgiver model and Dredd badge: see http://www.iol.ie/~carrollm/qp/graphics.htm
(and http://www.iol.ie/~carrollm/qp/graphics2.htm for more of my 2000AD-related models)
I can send you the 3DS files if you want them (though I understand if you'd rather create your own!).
